We support Mack USA 2014+ v3 trucks(OBD2) at the moment(round plug trucks are not supported).

Tunes are done remotely, with just a diagnostic adapter.
Most common one we use is Nexiq USB Link, but we can use many other.
No additional software is needed on client side - no need for PTT (Premium Tech Tool).
